Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed. Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, exclusions, fee, payment stages, responsibilities, cancellation position and target timings will be agreed separately in writing.
Nothing on this site removes any statutory rights that apply to a consumer. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, the project agreement will explain them and obtain any instruction required before work starts during a cancellation period.
Pricing
Prices marked “from” are starting points for the described scope, not quotes for every project. Benjobuilds is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the displayed prices. Any third-party costs, such as domains, hosting, licences or paid services, will be identified before a project is agreed.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, written content and original artwork on this website belong to Benjobuilds or are used with permission. Client names, brands and website previews remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit site content without written permission. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are governed by the written agreement for that project.

Links to client projects and other websites are provided for context. Benjobuilds does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices.
Availability and liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice. General information on this site is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
